I live in Great Bend and never have any problems. They are great! Today... I was asked to pull up as they were making my food and understandable. As I went around the corner every stall but the very last one at the end was full. I parked in that last stall and after 10 minutes of waiting, I thought that is strange that it has taken this long. I looked up the phone # to call and 3 times got a fax machine sound. I got out of my car, went inside and talked to the first gal i saw in uniform. I let her know that I had to park all the way to the end because no other spots. She said 'cars aren't to park there.' Maybe so but where was I to park? And no sorry from this lady? And when I said in a nice & calm voice to please just remember if there are no cars in those first few stalls to check if anyone is in others with someone in driver seat waiting on food. She then said 'I am off the clock.' I myself worked in food service and managed for almost 20 years and I know if you are in uniform and u r asked a question from a customer ... DO NOT say ... I'm not on the clock but rather... I'm sorry let me see if I can get someone to help you. You are in uniform... you represent that company! Thank You!
Horrible experience. Drive thru at 5:30 pm so would expect they are ready for a rush, but find out the fries were going to take 3 minutes. I could see a unique order, but fries? It is supposed to be fast food. 5 minutes later I just leave without the fries. Requested no onions on the burger, but obviously ignored that as it was loaded with onions. This McDonalds has major service issues.
I loved the drink special they had. I ordered two large fries. One of them was a bit over salted, the other ones were perfect. So it was a 50/50 even split between enjoying and not enjoying the fries. However having the 1 dollar per drink deal was a nice touch. Maybe go easy on the salt. I love soft fries and my fries were so soft. I loved them. They were piping hot but the texture was perfect. Over all I was very satisfied. I noticed that my cashier was in training and had a trainer present. She did a great job on her own and I liked seeing that quality service was a priority.
I've been waiting for 1 hour and when we got to the drive through the lady didn't even know our order so our food hadn't even been made
Pretty good place to eat. Better than some of the ones in nearby towns. Most of the workers are friendly and the food is pretty good. Only downside here is that when one goes late at night, there is one cashier that seems mad at every person that comes in. Makes it seem akward there and makes me not want to deal with again so I won't go back up for ice cream or pie.
