Today 1030am service appt for oil change & tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Prompt service on arrival. Presented a bill for $47 by Larry Unruh - I questioned it, as my oil change is complimentary w my 2 yr Mohar Jeep contract. He went away & came back w bill for $32.48. I questioned it - was my oil change $15? No, he says he forgot to add in the rotation, it would have been $79.48. WHAT?!? Tire roatation is normally a $10-15 charge from my 40+ yr experience. He adds, yup, it's $15 across the street at Ford, but the brothers/owners here set the fees. $25 rotation + $5 shop fee + tax.
