Terrible Experience! Was in a car accident. Was unable to get a rental car from location as the people working at Enterprise were driving all of the available rental cars. Awful!
After calling and making reservation, got a call from local office telling me there are no cars available. This is the second time I have tried to book a car through this company and this is the second time I have been told I have a car, only to get a phone call from local office telling no cars available but we will put you on waiting list. If there was another company in my area trust me I would use them.
I don't have a choice as this is the only company I could get a car from, but I'm very upset that even after being told I could get the money put on my account, extra charged not even mentioned on website mind you, you can't rerun my card, that doesn't even make sense, then be told I might not get a car tomorrow because your very busy right now, what's the point of reservations then? I'm going tomorrow morning like I said cause I don't have much choice but so far not very satisfied, I'll come back and make a new review if I have a better experience tomorrow
They were amazing. Bill is the guy to go to if you need a rental car. Very nice people.
