Waited 20+ minutes while the older gentleman, who is is suppose to be checking cars in, just stood there talking and laughing with one person. I was the first in line of 5 cars (and growing) and there was no effort to provide any customer service.
It was not until i had enough and was getting out of there that he tried to flag me down to help.
Home of the two hour oil change. There was literally only 2 vehicles in for oil changes. Another customer and I waited 2 hours to get our oil changed. Ridiculously slow.
Too litle too late bud. Litte more effort next time.
Took 4 hours to change 4 ties when I was told it wold take 45 minutes to an 1 hour and there was only two cars
