Tried to wash our vehicle and there was no soap. Tried contacting the owner by using the number on this google page as well as 2 other numbers on a paper taped to the door to get reimbursed. Upon finally reaching "Tony," my wife was given a passive aggressive attitude and told "I don't manage the money," and was told she didn't deserve any reimbursement. Won't be returning. I've had other people that have had their money eaten by the coin-ops here as well. The auto-washer also does not get your car clean at all. Especially bugs. It's pretty simple... treat others the way you want to be treated. That is not the philosophy that we encountered here. We will go elsewhere. Laters!
I've had the coin-operated automatic wash eat my money and been unable to get a refund. The automatic wash will not get your car clean if you have more than dust on your vehicle.
Plenty of other places to get a car wash!
The ONLY thing wrong with this car wash is the inconsistency of the coin/card machine working, and the uncontrollable disrespect from people taking the fresh mud runners there and leaving mud all over the place! This I know cannot be regulated but maybe someone will read this and quit doing it!
Would be nice if it actually got your vehicle clean.. only costs 12 bucks for the deluxe wash and still dirt everywhere
A majority of the self-wash stalls are generally dirty and the select-a-wash dial in those stalls is so worn that one can't see what wash is being chosen.
