Was told about a 45 minute wait. Came back in 45 they told me 10 to 15 more minutes. 45 minutes beyond that I'm leaving without a haircut. Ridiculous
3 times I have taken my boys in to get a haircut. And was told it would be 2+ hours to wait. Took them today at 4:35 and was told it would be 6:30. Even tho both employees there were not working. Apparently Smart Style is by appointment only now. Will never be going back after the POS employee yelled at me that I need to make an appointment.
