Leanne is the best therapist I've ever had. Molly is like a maternal figure. I love this place. I feel so safe and confident in their hands.
Patient confidentiality is non-existent here. Do not say anything to them, they will turn you into the police.
When we started going here 3 yrs ago for different family members it was great they had good counselors ajd reasonable response times. Then they lost our main counselor and we followed him to his next place of employment. It got harder to see some one you felt cared about you. Finally my husband was seeing steing for ptsd and his meds stopped working he was told that he was supposed to be re evaluated 6 months prior and even though it was there responsibility to schedule a check up they blamed him for not do it. When he did try to get in the appt was going to be 2 and half months out....really that sounds good the man is having suicidal thoughys and anger issues you can't get him in sooner. Anyways we took him to heart of kansas and in that 2 and a half month span he met with there psychologists 2 times and got his meds adjusted and is doing better. You need to get this fixed and go back to the level you were at when we started there or your going to loose even more patients
I am not receiving the services I was told during transition from another state and I do not feel or see that is the case. I sit and hurt feel rid
Shed and like a person with a number assembly line. I still sit around and hurt. Case management is not what I had at ano there agency and not really a go better or seems like they care much. I'm so disappointed because there was a transitional nd expectations told to me and explained from one provider to the center and it is not the case at all.
