We appreciate the quick and thorough service Stueder's gave to us! Our gas fireplace quit working after 10 yrs. We did not purchase this through Stueder's. It was installed in our new home when we moved here. However, Stueders treated us like any other customer and saw to it that they completed our job in a timely manner. Jeremy, the serviceman, was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
Fair prices
Stueder Contracting installed a new Lennox system in my home for the first time it has had central air conditioning and heating. Everything is working very, very well. It is doing a great job of keeping my home cool. The technicians (Mark, Jesse and Wally) who did the installation were just wonderful. It has been a long time since I have had such great of service from a company and so nice to work with.
My furnace went out early Tues Morning. I called at 8am. Please note this is a unit that was put in by them. No, they didn't tell me they would be here Tues. YET a courtesy call that they weren't going to be able to make it would have been nice. Here it is 8:20 am and I HAD TO CALL To see if they were coming because house is cold. I was told I didn't tell you we would be there yesterday.
Great rentals
I guess it would be different if they only had 1 person but they advertise like they have many employees so when their dispatch person knew they couldn't make it, a call should have been made we will be there tomorrow. They expect a payment before they leave after the work is done so a call is not asking too much.
