Pleasant and attentive waitress. Barely made it home before the GI issues hit. Something sizzler and applebees use just kills me. Does not matter what I order.
We always love this place. Great food and the help here is awasome.
This is one of the slowest & most inattentive Applebee's restaurants I've ever been to. 10 minute sit time with 40% seating available. Then once sat at a table, 10 minutes to be waited on. 30 minutes for 2 salads??!! Are you kidding? Another 10 minutes for a refill on drinks. Another 10 minutes on the check (after having to ask twice). Not to mention the food did not come out as ordered.
We had a good experience this time, good service, good food, good atmosphere! But we are not use to that type of service from there, management seems to be wide open, when I knew managers working there they had to visit tables especially if somethong went wrong that does not happen anymore more than 50% of the time you will not see a manager come out from the back and never have I seen a table visit in our last year of going there to eat! I hope you can maybe learn from this!
