As someone who is EXTREMELY picky about shoes (especially work boots). I was impressed with the prompt help that was offered upon entering the store. The girl immediately directed me to the boot section upon stating my purpose. Who I can only assume was the store owner or manager, overheard that I was not seeing what I wanted and immediately came to offer advice/help. The gentleman was also nothing but helpful and friendly. I unfortunately did not find what I wanted and after stating that I travel for work and do not live anywhere near (also that I was in dire need of new work boots that night) I was directed to a store that did have something that would suffice for the time being. Note that I said "Suffice". For the quality of shoe at Browns far exceeded what I ended up purchasing to just "get by" until I could order what I wanted. I genuinely wish that there was a store as friendly and helpful closer to where I live.
