Getting my stuff to rid my cat of fleas ,the girls at Countryside always make it easy when I describe what I'm looking for!
Staff is constantly changing, and poorly trained. Animals do not receive very good care from staff or Dr's.
I took my little guy there, got his boosters and neuter. That went perfectly and I wasn't completely sure what I needed to do to get his stitches out 2 weeks later so I called(15 minuted to close!) and they explained that I needed an appointment but I was leaving town the next day so they said to come in before close and they took care of it for me! Wonderful service! Both doctor Hayek and Neidree are the bomb dot com! Thanks guys!
Unfortunately, still better than the other vets in town.
My dog had an accident while I was away, she cut her wrists from broken glass from a window that she had broke. So I called for the emergency team when I got home and we met at the vet. Ect. Her care taker was rude, he took her weight and said she'd be there all night. The next say they were refusing to give me my dog back until I paid them a portion of the bill, with no warning or written agreement the night before. The receptionists were very rude, I asked for my dogs medical records and she rudely declined, and said I won't get them until the bill is fully paid. I would highly recommend that you don't go to countryside if you want the best care for your pet. As professionalism is not a high priority on their list.
This is a great place to take your animals. They take care of your animal as if it were their own.
Disorganized. No one knows the price on any service. You never know what you are going to be charged .
