I ordered 4 spicy chicken sandwiches with no tomato. I got regular chicken sandwiches with tomatoes. Total chaos in the kitchen
Was a little slow and not very busy. Also smelled like something was burning
It is so bad when you walk into a fast food restaurant, and expect to get good service but you don't. We were the only people at the counter and couldn't place an order because employees are are arguing about who is going to clock out the employee leaving. When we finally start to place our order the lady insist we take the order the way she wants because it's cheaper and we get more. Really, I'm the one paying. When she's done taking the order she turns around and leaves. Twenty minutes later another employee is like can I help you. I tell him well can you give me my food I ordered it twenty minutes ago. He's like are you serious. Can't complain to the manager because he's outside playing with another employee who drove up. Fast food huh.
It was the most slow process of getting food ever! We called ahead and they hadn't even started the order. The two managers were nice but did nothing to help employees get the food orders together, but we didn't even get an apology after waiting 45 minutes. I asked for an itemize receipt and they never gave it to me. We were short 3 orders of French fries, and the 23 bottles of water were all warm. The bathroom was filthy beyond belief and there was a constant drip from the ceiling with 2 buckets to catch the water. The floor around the buckets was all wet. It was all very awful!
Went before 5:00 rush. Waited 20 mins for food (only one in line inside) finally got food, they forgot part of my order. The baked potato was very old and ended up not eating it. First time to Wendy's in GB. Maybe your expierence will be better.
